AXITEC EXTENDS PERFORMANCE WARRANTY OF SOLAR MODULES TO 30YRS IN EU COUNTRIES

The manufacturer Axitec is extending its performance guarantee for all solar modules under the brand name Axiperfect from 25 to 30 years. This applies to all those solar modules using n-type cells.

Only n-type cells with Topcon technology and 182 millimetre size are used in all modules of the series. This reduces the physical degradation of the module to only 0.4 per cent per year. After 30 years, the manufacturer can thus still promise 87.4 per cent of the original rated power.

The series includes solar modules for various areas of application such as private homes, commercial, large-scale commercial and ground-mounted systems. Customers can choose between 108- or 144-cell modules as well as classic glass-foil or glass-glass with bifacial technology. For customers with dark roofs, the manufacturer also offers a module completely in black, either as a glass-foil or glass-glass version.
